HCA MISSION: Artist gathering in one heart to share the Kingdom through creativity

The Healing Center of the Arts is founded on gathering & equipping Artist to walk fully in their identity to share the Kingdom creatively with our community!
Our heart is cultivating an creative environment for people to receive freedom in their lives. Through creative expression with painting, dance or music workshops, Healing Creative Worship Nights & Creative Workshops we have seen powerful breakthroughs in lives!
We are excited about seeing powerful transformation in people’s lives that bring healing and revelation of God’s love.

HOW DID WE GET STARTED

Truly how did this come about..... I ask myself the same question??

All I can say is it was one "YES" after another and one "Divine Appointment" after another. I have had the deepest desire for the Arts all my life but there is something about knowing "Who" you are in God and what you were created to do. God has dropped this passion in my heart to see the Arts come out of captivity to what God originally created it to be. I know that healing and breakthrough comes from the freedom of the expression of Arts with Him.

With God dropping this in my heart, I knew there had to be more pieces to this puzzle.

I learned that my good friends Rebecca & Leandro have had dreams, years of passion & desires to create and bring healing through the Arts as well. It is not just their beautiful gift of the Arts but their heart after the Father in worship.

With the collaboration of our gifting's & our hearts in tuned to beat with the Father to create and see people receive true freedom that will change their lives forever!

We are overwhelmed by having so many amazing like minded Artist lock arms with us to share the Kingdom through music, dance, poetry, painting & different art forms.

Today we have Artist from all over Houston & now stretching throughout Texas joining on this journey to share their unique gifting God gave them to reveal His amazing love!

Each Artist represents a beautiful part of the puzzle of God's love.
We are from different churches, different cultures, different demographic & different environments united in one mission!

HCA LEADERS

Zoe White / HCA Founder & Director / Founder of SOZOE Art & Art SOZO Workshop Leader

Zoe White was born and raised in Texas. She is married to her best friend Jon, and they have two amazing children, Ellyce & Remington. She has received Art SOZO training at Bethel Church in Redding, CA from Gail Spooner, Basic SOZO & Children's SOZO Training with Bethel SOZO Trainer Randy Hill in Texas and Advance SOZO training with Dana DeSilva online course. Zoe graduated the 1st year of VSSM Bethel Ministry School and has had the wonderful opportunity for over 16 years of volunteering in different capacities within her local church leading a Home Life group, teaching in Pre-teens & Children's ministry and as part of the Prayer-Partner Team.

She has always had a passion for Art in her heart. From a little girl she has loved entering in coloring contests, painting on anything she could get her hands on. Throughout school Art was her favorite subject; and she seemed to always have permanent paint on her clothes or on her hands. But there was something missing; Zoe is an Artist that moves in the prophetic arts and is the founder of SOZOE Art. She leads Art SOZO workshops that uses Art and SOZO tools to break down lies and brings freedom. She loves how the Art SOZO experience connects participants to the heart of the Father and they receive deep healing through painting.

Zoe is the Founder & Director of Healing Center of the Arts. The desire to call back the Arts to how God created them to be, started burning inside her, knowing what great healing it would bring for people. It was one "YES" after another and one "Divine Appointment" after another with the unfolding of HCA. The vision for the Arts collaborating together and the passion to see the Arts come out of captivity into what God originally created it to be was strong.
With God dropping this in her heart and knowing there had to be more pieces to this puzzle, she learned that her good friends, Rebecca & Leandro, have had dreams, years of passion & desires to create and bring healing through the Arts, as well. She knew that it is not just their beautiful gift of the Arts but their heart after the Father in worship.

There is a great expectation and passion that Zoe has for people to know how much they are loved by God and to receive healing in their lives.

Rebecca Rubio / HCA Creative Leader & Founder of Freedom to Dance & Dyeing at the Altar

Rebecca is the owner and founder of Dyeing at the Altar, a company that provides one of kind hand dyed silk products and services that equip and empower people in freedom, creativity, and expression through dance. She is also the founder and director of Freedom to Dance.

Her heart is to help women experience fullness of joy, healing and freedom through creative expression. For over 14+ years, she has provided immersive experiences where women were provided the environment to build relationships, learn expressive worship, and experience life changing spiritual encounters.

She has also partnered with multiple local ministries and organizations for street outreaches and conferences. She leads initiatives to help broaden impact within the community. She does so with her regional prophetic team of worshippers.

Rebecca is a seasoned Minister and has trained extensively through Victory School of Supernatural Ministry. She also possesses a Certification in Christian Counseling, is a graduate of Joan Hunter’s Healing School, and has trained with Bethel Sozo Ministry. All of this knowledge, combined with over 20+ years of experience in ministry has deepened Rebecca’s love and desire to reach the lost, and connect with those wanting to experience fullness of freedom through immersive creative workshops blended with sound foundational principles.

Rebecca resides in Humble, Texas with her husband Erick. Together they have 5 adult children and 7 beautiful grandchildren.

Leandro Reis / HCA Creative Leader & Founder of Songs of Heaven

Leandro Reis is a worship leader, singer and songwriter, passionate about God’s presence and the local church. At 8 years old, Leandro made a personal commitment to Christ and ever since has used his gifts and music as an instrument for the Glory of God. His worship leading is a vivid picture of his love for Jesus, and his great desire to lead people into a real encounter with God.

Originally from Rio de Janeiro - Brazil, Leandro has participated in many vocal groups throughout his life, including the youth Choir "Tom da vida" and the a Capella quartet called "Praise". In 2003, He moved to the United States, and became a member of the Brazilian Church of God in the city of Marietta, GA where he continued his work within the church as a youth pastor and worship leader. During these years, his musical career developed as a songwriter, and in 2007 Leandro released his first full-length album, “Deus Presente” (God is Here), which includes profound worship songs such as “O que Deus tem pra mim” (what God has for me) , “Inabalável” (Unshakeable), and the main track which gives name to the album “Deus Presente” (God is here). These songs are a powerful declaration of who God is and what He can do for us when we put in Him all of our Hope. He has also worked as an instructor at the Sarah Kelly Music School, helping to raise up new artists in their songwriting skills.

Today, Leandro resides in the city of Montgomery - TX, along side his wife Andrea and daughter Julia. He continues to lead worship in several churches and events throughout the Houston area. “My calling and passion is to draw people into God´s presence, through songs but also through a life of worship. I live for more than music; I live to be a voice that calls people into an encounter with the Father; I Live to see people transformed through a relationship with the Holy Spirit, God glorified and Jesus receiving his full reward.”
