We will book an appointment that best works with your schedule
Duration of Session can vary on needs but could be 1-2hours
If you have to cancel workshop, you will have the opportunity to reschedule for another time. There is no refunds.

SESSION INFORMATION

We have a passion for people to walk in FREEDOM!
Through the HCA Healing Session we will pray with you through the guidance of the Father, Son & Holy Spirit to help you discover the truth with your concerns.
During the session we will use the Arts to help you through the process of hearing God's truth & love in your life.
We have discover that through the use of the Arts & prayer through our session, people have received great freedom where they felt hopeless or stuck. The Arts breakdown the barriers & bring great healing through the emotions of hurtful memories.
This is not a Counseling Session. HCA Healing Sessions are creatively designed to meet your personal needs through prayer.
The sessions are private, confidential, conducted in honor of the person and are Holy Spirit lead to bring healing, freedom & wholeness in your life!
We are confident that after your session you will walk away with more freedom in your life!

HOW THE ARTS IMPACT HEALING

When you creative you are using the Limbic System part of the brain, the "emotional brain". This part of the brain allows emotion to rise up that may normally be suppressed by your logical brain defenses. With the use of the Arts it can help bring wellness & freedom in areas of your life that is in conflict.
Art helps people express experiences that are too difficult to put into words, they can be refuge from the intense emotions.
Music is the most accessible and most researched medium of art and healing, and there has been a principal emphasis on the soothing capacity of music and its ability to offset overly technological approaches to care. Music has been shown to decrease anxiety.
Dance or movement-based creative expression focuses on nonverbal, primarily physical, forms of expression as psychotherapeutic or healing tools. Through the movement of mind and body in a creative way, stress and anxiety can be relieved, and other health benefits can be achieved as well.
Molding clay can be a powerful way to help people express these feelings through tactile involvement at a somatic level, as well as to facilitate verbal communication and cathartic release and reveal unconscious materials and symbols that cannot be expressed through words.
